Dr. Laura D’Andrea Tyson – Laura Tyson is a Professor and Director of the Institute for Business and Social Impact at the Berkeley Haas School of Business. She served as Dean of London Business School from 2002-2006 and as Dean of Berkeley-Haas from 1998-2001. Laura was a member of the US Department of State Foreign Affairs Policy Board and a member of President Obama’s Council of Jobs and Competitiveness and the President’s Economic Recovery Advisory Board. She served in the Clinton Administration as the Chair of the Council of Economic Advisers (1993-1995) and as Director of the National Economic Council (1995 – 1996). She is a member of the Board of Directors of Morgan Stanley, AT&T, CBRE Group Inc. and Silver Spring Networks. She is an economic advisory board member of the World Bank’s International Finance Corporation.

Dave Biegger – Dave Biegger is Senior Vice President of Global Supply Chain at Campbell. He oversees the management of 11,500 employees within the Global Supply Chain, which includes manufacturing, quality, engineering, procurement logistics, environmental sustainability, and customer service.
Dave is a member of the Campbell Leadership Team, the Campbell North America Leadership Team, and he heads the Global Supply Chain Leadership Team.
Prior to joining Campbell, he spent nearly 24 years with Procter & Gamble in various roles. Dave earned his B.S. degree in chemical engineering from Iowa State University.

Lora Cecere – In February 2012, I started my own research firm Supply Chain Insights, which is paving new directions in building thought-leading supply chain research. Our research is designed for the early adopter seeking first mover advantage. Prior work experience includes 30 years of diverse supply chain experience. This includes 9 years as an industry analyst with Gartner Group, AMR Research, and Altimeter Group, 15 years as a leader in the building of supply chain software at Manugistics and Descartes Systems Group, and several years as a supply chain practitioner at Procter & Gamble, Kraft/General Foods, Clorox, and Dreyer’s Grand Ice Cream (now a division of Nestlé). My first book Bricks Matter was published in December 2012 and now has 15 five-star reviews posted on Amazon.com. I am also the author of the enterprise software blog Supply Chain Shaman. The blog focuses on the use of enterprise applications to drive supply chain excellence. As an enterprise strategist, I focus on the changing face of enterprise technologies.
Education includes B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Tennessee and earned an MBA from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennslyvania, I have also completed post-graduate work in organizational development from Georgetown University. Certifications include APICS CIRM and CPIM and is a past teacher of effective marketing concepts for software executives in the Pragmatic Marketing program.
I have a true passion for gardening, textiles of all types (quilting, knitting, and weaving), photography and dancing. I also enjoy building my home on a farm in West Virginia.

John is an experienced entrepreneur and innovator who has applied his business and management skills to launching start-ups as well as improving the operations of existing businesses. John is a frequent keynote speaker at international events, is well-known for his supply chain and sustainability expertise and is the author of numerous articles in business, industry, and educational publications. John received his BA from SUNY at Fredonia and his MA from the University of Delaware.

In his current role, Philippe oversees all aspects of Ultimate Ears Pro, including product development, general operations, sales and marketing as related to both consumers and musicians. Previously, Philippe served as vice president and general manager for Logitech UE, where he managed the entire portfolio of earphones and headset products, including the definition, development and commercial launch of all new products for the consumer and professional lines. Philippe has more than 20 years of experience in consumer product development and strategic relations management including Logitech in 2002, when Logitech acquired SpotLife, a pioneer in Internet personal broadcasting that he co-founded in 1999.

Mitch has a track record of innovation and leadership. A dynamic and sought-after speaker, Mr. Free has spoken at Northwestern University, Harvard Business School, Wharton, Fudan University in China and appears regularly on CNBC and Fox News. Keith Holliday – Director- Corporate Supply Chain & Logistics at Sonoco Products Company leading the end to end process capability improvement work with a target of becoming a top quartile supply chain performer in the packaging industry; in addition leads the Lean Six Sigma and Sonoco Performance Systems Processes for the corporation. Prior to joining Sonoco, was the Director of Supply Chain Transformation and Six Sigma Champion- Global Operations for DuPont. Keith has a Manufacturing/ Engineering background with 30 years DuPont experience and overall 39 years in manufacturing with assignments at sites across the US and global experience leading business process improvement.

Dr. Mani Janakiram – Dr. Mani Janakiram is a Principal Engineer and Director of Supply Chain Strategy & Analytics at Intel Corporation. For 14 years he managed several strategic projects in factory operations, capacity planning, process control, analytics, strategy, supplier management, factory science and supply chain. Additionally, he had 22+ years in the Hi-tech, Automotive and Aerospace industries. Prior to Intel, he worked at Honeywell and Motorola in operations, strategy, systems, analytics, manufacturing, research, planning, etc. Mani holds two patents and published 50+ papers on supply chain, statistical modeling, capacity modeling, data mining, factory operations research and process control. Mani is an adjunct professor at Arizona State University, school of Business and a visiting lecturer at MIT Center for Transportation & Logistics. Mani holds PhD; M.S. in Industrial & Systems Engineering; MBA; and B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. He is a recognized Six Sigma Master Black Belt and an APICS certified supply chain professional (CSCP).

Associate Director of the EMEA Supply Chain Technology & Expertise Center at Dow
Philippe Joffroy – Philippe Joffroy is Associate Director of the EMEA Supply Chain Technology & Expertise Center at Dow in Belfast. The center was opened in 2011 with 4 employees and has grown to nearly thirty supply chain professionals. They now offer best-in-class supply chain design and optimization capabilities and a range of professional services including Lean & Six Sigma, program and project management, or work process maintenance and improvement.
Prior to joining DOW in 2010, his professional career was mostly spent in Northern Ireland and in multi-national companies and corporations. Initially part of the launch team that started a brand new aluminum casting plant in the early nineties and in the automotive industry, he then moved on to the telecoms industry at the peak of the Internet cycle. Various management and leadership positions in management and customer service have provided Philippe with the ability to handle any type of organizational change.
Philippe holds two Masters Degrees in Industrial Engineering and Business Administration, completed in France and in the United Kingdom respectively.

Stacey Lallier – Stacey Lallier is Compliance Officer for the Johnson & Johnson Supply Chain and Johnson & Johnson Health Care Systems, Inc. She oversees the development, implementation, and ongoing management of the Anti-Corruption and Health Care Compliance program for these organizations, including manufacturing, quality, logistics, customer service, facilities, and environment, health, safety, & sustainability. Stacey has held various risk management roles, developing policies, training, and comprehensive compliance systems to mitigate risks related to international trade, anti-boycott, controlled substances, and fraud & abuse. Prior to joining the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies in 2007, Stacey held various consulting roles for Wyeth and GE. Stacey earned her undergraduate degree from Syracuse University and her Master’s Degree from Rutgers University in Public Affairs & Politics. She is Green Belt certified and a Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional.

Philippe Lambotte – Since 2011, Philippe is working at Merck Inc. and has led both the Supply Chain Management organization with a global responsibility for product planning, capacity and sourcing for the company’s human health, vaccines and consumer care business. He also oversaw Merck’s worldwide distribution and logistics network that supports the company’s extensive research, marketing and manufacturing activities.
Philippe holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Liege, Belgium and a Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California.
Previously, Philippe worked for Kraft Foods, where he last served as Senior Vice President, Customer Service and Logistics. His expertise includes driving cost savings while realizing industry-leading customer service levels and implementing complex demand driven customer centric supply chains in many countries working collaboratively with retailers and distributors.
Previous to Kraft Foods, Philippe was working for Procter & Gamble and responsible for Manufacturing Commercialization of Disposable Products in Europe based in Germany.

Allison McFadden – Allison McFadden is Director of Strategy and Business Development at IBM’s Integrated Supply Chain. There she currently leads a team that works with the IBM business units to drive strategic alignment and to enable revenue growth by showcasing ISC talent and assets for commercial opportunities. Previously Allison led the High Velocity Supply Chain Project Management Office that was responsible for the large scale transformation of fulfillment processes for IBM’s System x product line. This project has been recognized as a finalist in both the Institute of Supply Chain Management and Supply Chain Council awards for excellence in supply chain. Allison has over 10 years’ experience in leading global teams across Asia, the Americas and Europe.

Mike McNamara-Mike McNamara is chief executive officer of Flextronics (NASDAQ: FLEX), a $26B, industry-leading, Fortune Global 500 end-to-end supply chain solutions company with a global workforce of 200,000 and operations in over 30 countries.
Prior to his current role, Mr. McNamara served as Flextronics’ chief operating officer and president of Americas operations. Mr. McNamara joined Flextronics through the Company’s acquisition of Relevant Industries, Inc. While there, he served as president and chief executive officer. Other leadership roles Mr. McNamara has held include vice president, Manufacturing Operations at Anthem Electronics and principal and interim vice president of operations at Pittiglio, Rabin, Todd & McGrath. In his early career, Mr. McNamara held a variety of leadership positions at Intel and worked as a production foreman at Ford Motor Company.
Under Mr. McNamara’s leadership, Flextronics doubled revenue from $15B in 2006 to over $30B in 2008, and he led the $11B acquisition of Solectron, one of the largest in the industry.
Mr. McNamara received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Cincinnati and a master’s degree in business administration from Santa Clara University.

Roddy Martin – Roddy brings more than 35 years of practical and leadership experience in engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, technology, transformation change leadership, and strategy consulting. He works closely with senior global leaders and executives from multiple industry verticals and has detailed experience in the transformation of healthcare and consumer products value chains from point of sale, to the supply network and manufacturing. At AMR Research, Roddy was instrumental in bringing and translating Demand-Driven Value Network and Demand-Driven Manufacturing research and best practices to the industry. Roddy has advised and coached leaders as a trusted advisor on business strategy, transformation, and technology best practices and works closely with consumer products, life sciences, high-tech, and chemical industries formulating thought leading perspectives on market-driven transformation and change leadership. He is internationally recognized as a thought leader and regularly presents at high-profile global speaking events. Roddy was recognized as a Research Fellow at Gartner / AMR Research, and acknowledged for his transformation leadership role at SAB Miller.

Abby Mayer – is a research associate at Supply Chain Insights and has been a member of the team since the founding of the company in February, 2012. Abby is the author of the monthly series of Supply Chain Metrics That Matter reports, as well as being intimately involved with the creation of the Supply Chain Index which she blogs about at www.supplychainindex.com.
Abby also assists with financial benchmarking for clients, survey-based research, monthly webinar presentations and keeping true to a start-up environment, i.e. whatever else needs to be done.
Abby has a B.A. in International Politics and Economics from Middlebury College and a M.S. in International Supply Chain Management from Plymouth University, located in the United Kingdom.
In addition to her time in the UK, she also spent 6 months studying at Yaroslavl State University in Yaroslavl, Russia as an undergraduate.

Josué Muñoz – is the Vice President of Global Customer Service and Logistics at Colgate-Palmolive where he has driven the initiative to Synchronize Demand and Supply increasing Supply Chain Flexibility, Reliability and Responsiveness and lately the implementation of shared service centers for core supply chain processes.
He started his career as Information Technology Director in Colgate’s subsidiary in Colombia his country of origin. In 1996 became the Director for Customer Development in the same subsidiary. In 2000 he was named head for Customer Development for the Latin America Division. In 2005 moved to Colgate-Palmolive European Headquarter in Geneva as Vice-President Customer Development for Europe/South Pacific. In 2008 he was named General Manager for the Caribbean region.

As author of the blog “Web Strategy” (rated by Edelman as top Analyst Blog since 2008), he focuses on how corporations connect with their customers using web technologies. Jeremiah hails previously from Forrester Research as a Senior Analyst focused on Social Computing for the Interactive Marketer and takes pride in launching and managing Hitachi Data Systems’ Social Media program in 2005–2007. Jeremiah, along with the Customer Strategy team, has published numerous research reports focused on social business. He has been frequently quoted in theWall Street Journal, The New York Times, and USA Today, and he is a frequent keynote speaker at business and technology conferences around the world. He also served as the Intranet Architect at World Savings (now Wells Fargo) and was a user experience professional at Exodus Communications after receiving his Marketing bachelor’s degree at SFSU. After work, he spends time with family, gets in some exercise, and travels to tropical beaches. Jeremiah was pleasantly surprised to find that his small, white, furry dog Rumba is active on Twitter.

Sharon Rice – Sharon Rice is the vice president of strategy for APICS and oversees the overall strategic direction of APICS to maximize growth and profitability. She is responsible for the project management office and has also served as executive director of the APICS Foundation, where she oversaw the operations and success of the Foundation.
Sharon has been responsible for guiding the planning, development, and management of APICS education courseware, professional development programs, research, industry content, publications, and marketing for the past five years. She brings 20 years of association management experience to APICS.
Prior to joining APICS in 2007, Sharon served both an association executive and a consultant to nonprofit organizations working specifically in the areas of strategic planning, program development, complex project management, as well as training and development. Additionally, her professional association experience includes American Express, he American Society of Clinical Pathology; Krajewski & Associates, an association management consulting firm; the National Association of Minority Engineering Program Administrators; and the American Association of Legal Nurse Consultants.

Dr. George Runger– Dr. Runger is a Professor – CIDSE, at ASU. He has co-authored research papers on real-time monitoring and control, data mining, and other data-analysis methods with a focus on large, multivariate data streams. Runger teaches these and related subjects in graduate courses at ASU. His work is funded by grants from the National Science Foundation.
Dr. Runger joined the I&MSE Department and Q&RE Group as associate professor in the fall of 1996. He was previously a faculty member at the University of Maryland and at Renssaeler Polytechnic Institute. He has industrial experience with IBM as a senior engineer. His areas of expertise are statistical process control, multivariate statistics, experimental design and data mining. He holds the BSIE from Cornell University and a PhD in statistics from the University of Minnesota.

Kathleen Shaver – Ms. Shaver serves as Director of Sustainability and Risk for Cisco Systems. Cisco is the worldwide leader in networking that transforms how people connect, communicate and collaborate. In this capacity Kathleen leads product environmental compliance, sustainability, ethical sourcing and risk management for Cisco’s worldwide supply chain. She also serves the broader electronics manufacturing industry as the Vice Chairman of the Electronics Industry Citizenship Coalition (EICC) and as a member of the Global Reporting Initiative’s (GRI) Technical Advisory Committee. Kathleen’s prior experience include sustainability and regulatory affairs roles at Mattel, Allied Signal and Honeywell, as well as, serving as President of the Chlorine Institute.

Global Director, Network Modeling and Data Analytics, at Schneider Electric
Stephen Wagner – Steve is Global Director, Network Modeling and Data Analytics, at Schneider Electric. In this position Steve directs both global and regional analytics teams to address complex Global Supply Chain planning and infrastructure issues using highly advanced optimization modeling tools. Prior to Schneider Electric, Steve held similar management positions at The Home Depot, Catenation, and Federal Express. In between these positions, he spent 22 years consulting to over 30 companies with J. F. Shapiro Associates, an MIT spin-off focusing on applied business analytics. Steve has over 35 years of consulting and managerial experience in the data analytics arena. Steve has an MBA in Finance from DePaul University, and a BS in Mathematics and Business Economics from Benedictine University. He is a frequent lecturer at MIT on advanced planning topics.

C. J. Wehlage is VP of High Tech at Kinaxis
C. J. Wehlage – C. J. Wehlage is VP of High Tech at Kinaxis. He joined Kinaxis in 2013 and is responsible for guiding the company’s industry strategy within the high-tech vertical.
With extensive experience, both as a supply chain practitioner and an industry research analyst, C. J. serves as a strategic advisor to the company, while also supporting global field teams and working with prospects and customers as they define and pursue supply chain excellence strategies.
C. J. Wehlage has over 24 years of industry experience as a supply chain professional, researcher, and technologist. Before joining Kinaxis, he was VP of High Tech Sales at Jonova, and prior to that, VP of Supply Chain at Sony Electronics. C. J. also ran the High Tech Practice at AMR Research. In addition, he has held leadership roles at EMC, where he was responsible for S&OP, Manufacturing M&A, Supply Chain IT, and Lean design; Bose, where he led a large scale ERP integration, and Apple, where he led Pacific Operations & WW Desktop Planning. C.J. has also served as an adjunct professor at Northeastern University, APICS CSCP, and a Six Sigma Black Belt.

Tyler Ziemann – As Head of Growth, Tyler has overall responsibility for Marketing, People Success, and User Experience. Prior to Elementum, Tyler was a Senior Director of Product Management at Salesforce.com. Before that, he led product management for a new front page platform at Yahoo!. Tyler also co-founded the first social networking technology on the web—later licensed to Google for use in Orkut.com.
Originally from Newport Beach, California, Tyler received a bachelor’s degree from Stanford University and an MBA from The Wharton School of Business.
